Our Nature
Foundation Centre I Centre Festival 3 Date: 12 November 2025

Nature is the physical world and all things in it that are not made by humans. Nature includes animals, plants, air, land, water and many more on the earth that are not made by people. Nature is a complex living organism that produces and nurtures life in every form. That’s why we call her “Mother Nature”.
Land is solid part of earth and it provides space for agriculture, for homes and other settlements. Water is necessary for drinking, cleaning, farming, and supporting life in rivers, lakes, and oceans. It helps to flush out waste products from the body. Air is a mixture of gases and supplies oxygen for all living beings. Plants use land, water, and air to produce food through photosynthesis, while animals can move and eat plants or other animals to survive. They provide us meat, eggs, milk which are rich sources of protein, vitamins and other nutrients.
On Wednesday, 12 November 2025, the Foundation Centre - I organized a programme on the theme Our Nature. The main objective of the programme was to enable the children to know about the importance of nature.
The programme comprised of two parts – first the stage performance by the students and second the exhibition.
The programme on the stage was started by lighting the ceremonial lamp by the teachers. The sub-themes of the theme were the Land, Water, Air, Plants and Animals. The programme included anchoring, dances and watching video-clips by the students. 80 students took part in this celebration which made it exciting, vibrant, and meaningful to the students.
After the stage performance, students were taken to visit the exhibition where different models of plants, animals, trees, rivers, and mountains were displayed. Scenario of forest were exhibited.
The Centre Festival on the theme – Our Nature – was a great learning experience for the students, helping them understand the wonders of our natural world and inspiring them to be caring, responsible, and loving towards the nature.
